About me

As a Psychological Counsellor and fitness coach, my journey in mental health as well as fitness began early and was field by my curiosity and internships during high school. Having lived and worked across various international settings – Great Britain, Austria, United Arab Emirates, Germany and Switzerland – I’ve gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultural and religious perspectives.

I understand that mental and emotional stress can manifest physically leading to fatigue and headaches alongside psychological challenges like anxiety, depressive symptoms, over7under eating and many more. Wether stress arises from work, personal life, or other sources, I’m here to guide you through these stressors, fostering a functional, problem solving and healthy well-being.

Recognising the mind-body connection os pivotal in well-being. Through cognitive behavioural therapeutic techniques, I empower you with the tools to impact both mental and physical well-being.
